If you are not completely satisfied with a LU Beauties CANADA purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for LuBeauties.com purchases. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. LU Beauties monitors return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that LU Beauties CANADA will no longer accept any returns from that customer, with or without a receipt.

Customers may request for a refund or a one-to-one exchange with us within (30) days from date of invoice. You must provide the original invoice (Either paypal confirmation or LU Beauties CANADA Confirmation) for all refund or exchange transactions. All refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original invoices. It is customer's responsibility to keep all the invoices. Broken warranty seals on goods void all warranties and returns where warranty and return can be made. LU Beauties CANADA reserves the right to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee for all returned items.

Return/Exchange Procedures

Step 1:

Fill out form and e-mail to [email protected]. We will notify you if your return is covered under our return/exchange policy within the next business day. If your return is covered, an RMA number will be issued and e-mailed to you.

Step 2:

Once you've obtained your RMA Number, ship and insure your defective product along with the RMA Form enclosed in the package and a copy of the original invoice back to the shipping center for LU Beauties CANADA. If the product is NOT shipped out within 7 days of receiving notification of your RMA approval, the RMA number will not remain valid. The package must be prepaid, sent by Regular mail only (Canada customers use Canada Post and US Customers use USPS) with the RMA Number marked clearly on the shipping label.

Limitations

The remedies provided in this statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements or representations, including representation made in LuBeauties.com sales literature or advice given to you by or on behalf of LuBeauties.com in connection with your purchase of the product. No changes to the conditions of this Limited Warranty are valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, LuBeauties.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED GUARANTEES OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LuBeauties.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
